All purchases can be made through the website using payment card or PayPal.

Made to order items are subject to the "made to order" lead time, which is displayed in the "About" subcategory "Lead times". They will then be despatched according to the methods detailed in the "delivery" section below.​​​

DELIVERY

​All items are despatched using Royal Mail services which will vary depending on the value of the item.
UK Mainland orders
​
Royal Mail 1st class signed for item value under £50
​
Royal Mail Tracked 48 for item values between £50 to £150
Royal Mail special delivery for any item value over £150.​​​​

Delivery service information will be given at point of ordering.

If an item is lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivery we will investigate with Royal Mail and open a claim if necessary. Once resolved with Royal Mail we will then issue a replacement.

REFUND POLICY
​
We offer a 14-day exchange or refund policy on all items that are in stock and ready to ship. You must notify us via email that you wish to exchange or refund your item within 14 days of receipt. You will then have an additional 14 days to post the item back to us. Any and all refund requests that fall outside these time frames will be refused.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back.

All postage, whether for delivery or return, is non-refundable.
We accept no liability for the shipping method the customer chooses to return their item to us. Any and all costs arising from the loss, damage, or incorrect delivery of the item will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

All goods and packaging must be returned in their original, undamaged condition. We reserve the right to inspect and refuse a refund if there is any damage whatsoever.

Please note that leather can stain, mark, or scratch easily, so please be very careful while handling your item if there is the possibility that you will want to return it.

All products that have been made to a "size" cannot be returned and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that all sizing information is correct when ordering. We do not accept any liability and cannot provide refunds or exchanges for any items that have had incorrect measurements provided.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds products that are made to order or have customisable aspects. If you believe your item is faulty, we are happy for you to return it, and we will conduct a full product inspection. If it is found that your item is below standard, we will happily offer you an exchange or provide a full refund, including any postage costs incurred.
